研究目的：

本研究通过床旁超声评估胃排空状况，并对患儿返流误吸风险进行分级管理，指导门诊检查镇静患儿禁食禁饮时间，已期缩短患儿镇静前禁食禁饮时间，减少患儿因禁食禁饮时间过长导致的哭闹，烦躁，低血糖等不良反应，提高患儿就诊的舒适化水平，保障医疗安全。  

Objectives of Study：

In this study, bedside ultrasound was used to evaluate gastric emptying, and the risk of reflux aspiration was managed in a hierarchical manner, and the fasting and fasting time of the children was guided to be examined in the outpatient clinic, and the fasting time before sedation was shortened, and the adverse reactions such as crying, irritability, and hypoglycemia caused by the prolonged fasting time of the children were reduced, so as to improve the comfort level of the children's medical treatment and ensure medical safety.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

不能够耐受镇静或合并有严重并发症（如严重心脏病、严重呼吸系统疾病等）、接受任何已知胃食管手术治疗、未签署临床研究知情同意书、中途退出临床研究的患儿。

Exclusion criteria：

Children who are unable to tolerate sedation or have serious complications (such as severe heart disease, severe respiratory disease, etc.), have received any known gastroesophageal surgery treatment, have not signed an informed consent form for clinical research, or have withdrawn from clinical research midway.
