研究目的:

1 识别脂代谢调节平衡相关的长寿关联基因(CETP,ND5,APOE 和FOXO)变异与延缓衰老的内在的关联,以证明脂代谢调节平衡基因变异及其交互作用可以促进脂代谢平衡,这一事实和证据可能是我们研究队列人群长寿和抗衰老的重要原因之一。 2 识别具有延缓衰老进程的有益环境因素,并针对个体的整体代谢稳态在大样本,多区域,多长寿人群验证其对衰老进程的作用和影响机理。 3 识别并验证具有G×E 交互作用的脂代谢调节平衡基因变异,及其促进脂代谢平衡延缓人体衰老的关键作用,为维护老年健康及衰老相关疾病防治提供新的思路和参考依据。  

Objectives of Study:

1. To distinguish the inner link between the lipid metabolism regular gene mutations (CETPND5APOE and FOXO) associated with longevity and the process of how to slow aging. To testify that lipid metabolism regular gene mutations and the gene-gene interaction may promote the balance of lipid metabolism. This finding might be one of the important reason for maitaining longevity and for anti-aging in our cohort population; 2. To find thouse environmental factors related to anti-aging and to test the anti-aging mechanism of individual metabolism homeostasis in large sample, multi-center and multi-longevity population; 3. To find and test lipid metabolism regular gene mutations associated with gene-environment interaction and the mechanism of slowing aging via promoting balance of lipid metabolism. Our study is expected to provide new ideas on how to keep healthy in old people and on prevention and control of age-related diseases.

纳入标准:

Inclusion criteria

排除标准:

长寿老人排除标准:年龄<90 岁;合并有心脑血管疾病、认知功能障碍、肿瘤等重大疾病;在本地居住少于1 年。


当地自然衰老一般人群排除标准:年龄不在60~80 岁范围内,合并有心脑血管疾病、认知功能障碍、肿瘤等重大疾病;在本地居住少于1 年。

Exclusion criteria:

Exculusion criteria for longevity population:
For those less than 90 yrs; or having cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, cognitive dysfunction, tumor and other major diseases; or estabolishing residency in local place less than one year.
Exculusion criteria for controls:
For those aged less than 60 yrs; or having cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, cognitive dysfunction, tumor and other major diseases; or estabolishing residency in local place less than one year.
