研究目的：

动态监测早产儿及喂养不耐受（FI）患儿的胃肠功能指标，了解早产儿生后28天内的胃肠功能成熟特点，寻找早产儿胃肠功能指标与FI的关系。  

Objectives of Study：

Dynamic monitoring of gastrointestinal motility indicators in premature infants and infants with feeding intolerance.To study the maturation pattern of gastrointestinal motility function in preterm infants during the first 28 days in life, and explore the relationship between the gastrointestinal motility and feeding intolerance (FI).

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

排除标准：1.出生缺陷（胃肠道发育畸形、先心）； 2.肠梗阻、消化道出血等消化系统疾病；3.危重症患儿。

Exclusion criteria：

Infants with birth defects (gastrointestinal malformations, congenital heart disease); intestinal obstruction, gastrointestinal bleeding and other diseases of the digestive system; with critical illness were excluded.

诊断试验：

Diagnostic Tests：

金标准或参考标准（即可准确诊断某疾病的单项方法或多项联合方法，在本研究中用于诊断是否有该病的临床参考标准）：

临床表现和结局：FI诊断标准：呕吐≥3次/天；奶量不增或减少＞3天；腹胀即腹围增加＞1.5cm/天；胃残余量超过前次喂养量的30%＞2次/天，符合上述条件一项或多项并除外消化道先天畸形和代谢性疾病。

Gold Standard or Reference Standard (The clinical reference standards required to establish the presence or absence of the target condition in the tested population in present study):

Clinical outcomes: FI diagnostic criteria is that: vomiting is greater than or equal to 3 times/day; the amount of milk does not increase or decrease over 3 days; abdominal distension, that is the abdominal circumference increased 1.5cm/ days; gastric residual amount exceeds 30% of the previous feeding volume&#

Index test:

Ultrasound was used to evaluate the gastrointestinal motility. The gastric secretion function was evaluated by testing the PH and pepsinogen of gastric juice.
