研究目的：

1：运用722实时动态胰岛素泵系统，比较3C疗法与MDI治疗严重高血糖住院的初诊2型糖尿病患者的血糖达标时间差异。 2：比较3C疗法与MDI对严重高血糖住院的初诊2型糖尿病患者血糖水平和血糖波动等方面的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

1. In this study, the time required to reach predefined glycaemic targets with 3C therapy and 4 daily insulin injections in patients with newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes mellitus hospitalized with severe hyperglycemia; 2. To compare the differences between 3C therapy and 4 daily insulin injections on the blood glucose levels and blood glucose fluctuationsin patients with newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes mellitus hospitalized with severe hyperglycemia.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1：妊娠期女性或近期有怀孕计划者
2：本次入院合并感染、应激因素，合并糖尿病酮症、酮症酸中毒、高渗状态等急性并发症者
3：近8周使用过对血糖影响较大的药物如糖皮质激素、利尿剂等
4：严重急慢性心、肺疾病；肝、肾功不全者

Exclusion criteria：

1. Pregnant women or recent pregnant planners;
2. Combined with infectious and stress factors, acute complications such as diabetic ketosis, diabetic ketoacidosis, diabetic hyperosmolar state, etc.
