研究目的：

（1）揭示受照剂量高低对心脏造成的损伤程度不同，阐明通过放疗技术改进降低心脏照射区域及受照剂量，从而减轻放射性心脏损伤的理论基础。 （2）揭示不同体位固定模式在乳腺癌放疗过程中的影响，阐明临床工作中个体化应用体位固定模式减轻放射性心脏损伤的可行性。 （3）揭示不同 DIBH 模式在乳腺癌放疗过程中的影响，阐明临床工作中采用最优的 DIBH 模式减轻放射性心脏损伤的可行性。 （4）揭示不同放射治疗计划模式在乳腺癌放疗过程中的影响，阐明临床工作中选择最佳的放射治疗计划模式减轻放射性心脏损伤的可行性。  

Objectives of Study：

(1) to reveal the extent of the damage caused by the irradiation dose to the heart, and to clarify the theoretical basis for reducing the radiation exposure and the dose of radiation by means of radiotherapy technology, thereby reducing the radiation cardiac damage; (2) to reveal the influence of different fixation modes on the radiotherapy of breast cancer, and to clarify the feasibility of individualized application of postural fixation in reducing radiation cardiac injury in clinical practice; (3) to reveal the influence of different DIBH patterns on the radiotherapy of breast cancer, and to clarify the feasibility of using the optimal DIBH model to reduce radiation cardiac injury in clinical practice; (4) to reveal the influence of different radiation therapy planning patterns on the radiotherapy of breast cancer, and to clarify the feasibility of selecting the best radiation therapy plan in clinical work to reduce the radiation cardiac injury.

40 consecutive patients in whom adjuvant RT following breast-conserving surgery for breast carcinoma of the left side was indicated were enrolled in our study，dividing into 2 groups by DEX random grouping method.
