Objectives of Study：

1. to investigate whether stationary-point evidence-based nursing management mode combined with nursing innovation can improve the quality of primary care. 2. to investigate whether stationary-point evidence-based nursing management mode combined with nursing innovation can improve nurses' ability to observe the condition. 3. to investigate whether stationary-point evidence-based nursing management mode combined with nursing innovation can improve the level of specialized nursing care. 4. 纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

泌尿外科、心血管内科住院卧床一级护理患者并需要采集尿标本的患者；驻点期间执业护士因不同原因未在相应科室工作的；不自愿参加的患者或者护士。

Exclusion criteria：

Patients who are hospitalized bedridden primary care patients in urology or cardiovascular medicine and require urine specimen collection; licensed nurses who are not working on the appropriate unit during the residency for different reasons; patients or nurses who do not volunteer.

按照 1：1 比例随机的方法分为实验组及对照组。由中心负责随机化的人员（不参与纳入受试者）使用 SPSS 25.0 统计学软件产生随机数，根据随机数的秩次和分组原则进行分组.

The experimental group and control group were randomly divided into 1:1 ratio. Random numbers were generated using statistical software, SPSS 25.0, and grouped according to the rank order and grouping principle of random numbers.
