Objectives of Study：

To explore the effect of esketamine on opioids after gynecological surgeryThe effect of dosage.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.拒绝参加试验或使用静脉止疼泵； 2.多发原发恶性肿瘤； 3.高血压三级及以上； 4.目前和长期应用阿片类药物、精神药物、激素或非甾体抗炎药； 5.有慢性疼痛、癫痫、精神分裂、痴呆病史； 6.无法使用患者自控的静脉镇痛泵； 7.术前存在睡眠障碍或认知障碍。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Refusal to participate in the trial or use an intravenous pain relief pump; 2. Multiple primary malignancies; 3. High blood pressure grade 3 and above; 4. Current and long-term use of opioids, psychotropic drugs, hormones, or non-drugs steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs; 5. Have a history of chronic pain, epilepsy, schizophrenia, dementia; 6. Can not usePatient-controlled intravenous analgesia pump; 7. Preoperative sleep disturbance or cognitive impairment.
