研究目的：

探索闪光刺激对慢性意识障碍患者睡眠的调节作用，以及与意识水平改变的相关性和潜在机制，为临床促醒研究提供一些新的证据。

Objectives of Study：

To explore the regulating effect of flash stimulation on sleep in patients with prolonged disorders of consciousness, as well as the correlation and potential mechanism with the change of consciousness level and provide some new evidence for clinical awakening research.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

①既往神经或精神疾病史；②既往有颅脑外伤病史；③有肿瘤病史；④近1月有服用镇静药物或抗癫痫药物；⑤生命体征不稳定；⑥有颅骨缺损；⑦患者家属不签署知情同意书。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Previous history of neurological or psychiatric disorders; 2. Previous history of traumatic brain injury; 3. Have a history of tumor; 4. Have taken sedative drugs or antiepileptic drugs in the past 1 month; 5. Unstable vital signs; 6. Obvious skull defect; 7.Family members refused to sign informed consent form.
