研究目的：

加速康复外科（enhanced recovery after surgery, ERAS）是围术期管理理念和治疗康复的新模式，是一种以临床多学科诊疗合作为基础的新路径。微创外科技术是加速康复外科的重要组成技术之一，也是外科手术发展趋势中更加重视整体治疗观念的体现。根据我院手术患者实际情况，将ERAS管理理念与妇科腹腔镜手术相结合，包括对患者术前各项指标评估、术前准备、麻醉方式和药物选择，气道管理流程，液体管理策略，以及术后疼痛、恶心和呕吐防范措施等进行标准化管理，使患者获得更好的预后。  

Objectives of Study：

Enhanced recovery after surgery (ERAS) is a new model of perioperative management concept and therapeutic rehabilitation.It is a new approach based on clinical multidisciplinary diagnosis and treatment cooperation. Minimally invasive surgical technique is one of the important components of accelerated rehabilitation surgery. It is also the embodiment of the concept of paying more attention to holistic treatment in the development trend of surgery. According to the actual situation of surgical patients in our hospital, the management concept of ERAS was applied combined with gynecological laparoscopic surgery, including preoperative evaluation of various indicators, preoperative preparation, anesthesia and drug selection, airway management procedures, fluid management strategies, and prevention of postoperative pain, nausea, and vomiting are standardized for better outcomes.

排除标准：

（1） 美国麻醉医师协会(American Society of Anesthesiologists, ASA)分级为Ⅳ级 （2） 体重指数：BMI≥30kg/m2 （3） 有区域麻醉或全身麻醉禁忌症

Exclusion criteria：

(1) American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) rating at Lv. IV (2) Body mass index: BMI≥30kg/m2 (3) There are contraindications to regional or general anesthesia
