Objectives of Study：

To assess the effectiveness of intraocular lens (IOL) on reducing the risk of posterior capsular rupture (PCR) or preventing misdirection of residual lens fragments if PCR occurs.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

瞳孔小于5mm, 角膜内皮细胞小于1200，既往有青光眼、视网膜脱离等病史及手术史等

Exclusion criteria：

Exclusion inclusion criteria included a pupil diameter of 5 mm or smaller; corneal endothelial cell count smaller than 1200/mm2; and not availability for regular follow up examinations. Patients were excluded if they had other vision-affecting visual or systemic disorders for example, diabetic retinopathy, glaucoma, age-related macular degeneration, uveitis, or previous intraocular surgery.
