探讨不同自体血液回输量对脊柱手术患者术后凝血功能和炎症反应的影响  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the effects of different volumes of autologous blood transfusion on postoperative coagulation function and inflammatory response in patients undergoing spinal surgery

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（1）有脊柱结核、脊柱肿瘤患者；（2）有严重高血压、糖尿病、严重心肺功能不全患者；（3）有肝肾功能不全、慢性肝炎及严重肝硬化、营养不良及低蛋白血症患者；（4）有严重低体温，维生素K缺乏、血小板减少或功能异常患者。

Exclusion criteria：

a)Patients with spinal tumors, spinal tuberculosis. b)Patients with severe hypertension, diabetes, and severe cardiopulmonary insufficiency. c)Patients with liver and kidney insufficiency, chronic hepatitis and severe cirrhosis, malnutrition and hypoproteinemia. d)Patients with severe hypothermia, vitamin K deficiency, thrombocytopenia, or abnormal functioning.
