研究目的：

1、本次研究通过发放高校毕业生择业焦虑问卷，了解实习护生择业焦虑的实际状况，明确其影响因素。 2、对比不同因素对择业焦虑的影响，从学历、性别、是否独生子女、户口类型、生源地等变量上的差异来分析，并为解决实习护生择业焦虑的问题提供相应的数据和实验支撑。 3、探讨正念减压疗法干预能否缓解实习护生的择业焦虑以及知觉压力，并且能够给正念减压疗法的干预提供实践意义上的参考，为通过正念减压疗法干预缓解实习护生择业焦虑的研究贡献自己的力量。  

Objectives of Study：

1. In this study, the questionnaire on career anxiety of college graduates was distributed to understand the actual situation of internship nursing students' career anxiety and clarify its influencing factors. 2. To compare the influence of different factors on career choice anxiety, analyze the differences in variables such as education, gender, whether they are only children, hukou type, and place of origin, and provide corresponding data and experimental support for solving the problem of career choice anxiety of intern nursing students. 3. To explore whether the intervention of mindfulness-based stress reduction therapy can alleviate the career anxiety and perceived pressure of intern nursing students, and to provide a practical reference for the intervention of mindfulness-based stress reduction therapy, so as to contribute to the research on alleviating the career anxiety of intern nursing students through the intervention of mindfulness-based stress reduction therapy.
