研究目的：

探讨基于运动学习原则的康复训练对ACL重建术后运动功能恢复的影响，以期寻找一种更有效的康复方案，帮助患者增强运动能力，降低ACL二次损伤发生的风险。  

Objectives of Study：

This study explores the impact of rehabilitation training based on motor learning principles on functional recovery after ACL reconstruction, aiming to find a more effective rehabilitation protocol that helps patients enhance their motor abilities and reduce the risk of ACL re-injury.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 合并有骨折、其他韧带损伤、半月板缝合术等 2.下肢有手术史或外伤史，存在任一踝关节、髋关节损伤 3.存在神经系统、前庭及未矫正的视觉障碍病史 4.合并精神障碍、肿瘤、感染、怀孕等患者 5.合并其他膝关节类疾病，如类风湿性关节炎、骨性关节炎、痛风性关节炎等 6.不能完成定期复查者

Exclusion criteria：

1.Concurrent fractures, other ligament injuries, or meniscus repair surgery 2.History of lower limb surgery or trauma, or any ankle or hip joint injury 3.History of neurological, vestibular, or uncorrected visual impairments 4.Concurrent mental disorders, tumors, infections, or pregnancy 5.Concurrent other knee joint diseases such as rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, gouty arthritis, etc. 6.Unable to complete regular follow-up examinations
