研究目的：

本研究将应用 fNIRS 检测探讨iTBS对帕金森病轻度认知障碍患者的疗效，通过脑网络分析研究其作用机制。  

Objectives of Study：

This study uses fNIRS detection to investigate the efficacy of iTBS in patients with Parkinson's disease experiencing mild cognitive impairment, and its mechanism is studied by brain network analysis.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.存在严重认知、情绪障碍而难以完成实验者；2.存在其他中枢神经系统器质性病变，如脑血管病、脑炎、肿瘤、严重癫痫病史；3.存在影响认知功能的其他疾病，如帕金森综合征等；4.合并有其他的精神疾病病史或者有精神疾病的家族史，如精神分裂症、双相障碍、自闭症；5.头颅内有金属物品，如脑血管病支架、人工耳蜗及其他金属植入物；6.存在心脏起搏器、心脏支架等；7.视力、听力存在严重障碍者；8.正在参与另一项临床试验；9.研究者认为存在可能损害受试者或者导致受试者无法满足或执行研究要求的任何状况。

Exclusion criteria：

1. There are serious cognitive and emotional disorders and it is difficult to complete the experiment; 2. History of other organic diseases of the central nervous system, such as cerebrovascular diseases, encephalitis, tumors, and severe epilepsy; 3. There are other diseases that affect cognitive function, such as Parkinson's syndrome; 4. Combined history of other mental illness or family history of mental illness, such as schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, autism; 5. There are metal objects in the skull, such as cerebrovascular stents, cochlear implants and other metal implants; 6. There are cardiac pacemakers, heart stents, etc.; 7. People with severe visual and hearing impairment; 8. Is participating in another clinical trial; 9. Any condition which, in the opinion of the investigator, is likely to harm the subject or cause the subject to be unable to meet or perform the study requirements.
