研究目的：

比较KOA患者进行不同中医外治疗法后的差异，并与西方矫形辅具，及安慰剂治疗进行前后对比。其研究结果能够更好的帮助临床医务人员理解不同疗法间的生物力学差异，并藉此为患者提供合理的治疗方案。

Objectives of Study：

the purpose of this study as a whole is to assess the biomechanical differences between the Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) interventions,the western biomechanical therapy,and the placebo, the results may help to further understand the advantage and disadvantage of these treatments. The results of the study may indicate a better way to help the patients with knee OA both in China and western countries.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

(1)膝部有外伤和手术史者 (2)膝部有肿瘤结核骨髓炎等疾患者 (3)牛皮癣梅毒性神经病褐黄病代谢性骨病急性创伤等 (4)严重肝肾功能不全严重心血管疾病糖尿病及精神疾病者 (5)无法在无帮助的条件下独立行走10米以上（6）正在参加其他临床试验或三个月内参加过其他临床试验者

Exclusion criteria：

(1) a history of trauma and surgery on the knee;
(2) the knee with cancer, tuberculosis, osteomyelitis and other diseases;
(3) psoriasis, syphilitic neuropathy, brown yellow disease, metabolic bone disease, acute trauma;
(4) severe liver and kidney dysfunction, severe cardiovascular disease, diabetes and mental illness;
(5) cannot walk at least 10 meters without any help;
(6) who is participating in other clinical trials or three months participated in other clinical trials.
