研究目的：

婦產科部份的手術因為手術時間短(像是取卵手術，子宮內膜刮除術)，為了減少病人插管的不舒服和提升手術房和人力的使用效率，常常會利用標靶靜脈輸液(Target control infusion, TCI)(附件一)來進行病人的麻醉。在使用標靶靜脈輸液進行麻醉中，為了達到不插管又能維持病人血液中的氧氣，麻醉中我們會保留病人自己呼吸的能力，然而我們使用的麻醉藥物又會抑制病人的自呼能力，因此如何在麻醉和病人自呼能力達到平衡，就是一個使用標靶靜脈輸液麻醉的挑戰。標靶靜脈輸液裡面使用的藥物，只包含異丙酚(Propofol，一種鎮定藥物)，目的在維持病人手術中全程睡著並不會記得手術的過程。在過往的經驗及文獻指出，當手術中的刺激小的時候，病人容易睡太沉忘記呼吸或是失去維持一個完整氣道的能力；手術中刺激大的時候，則會讓病人的自呼能力變大。我們這次的研究主要在探討說，刺激(例如痛覺刺激，光刺激，聲音刺激)是否能讓我們利用來成為影響病人麻醉和自呼能力的調節因子。考量到痛覺刺激對病人來說是不人道的對待，光刺激又可能造成非預期短期或長期的視覺影響，我們最後選擇使用聲音刺激來進行研究。

Objectives of Study：

The duration of OBS surgery was shorter than other surgery. In order to decrease the uncomfortable of intubation and improve the effectiveness of operation room. We was used to sedate patient with target control infusion. To make balance between sedative and respiratory function of patient was a major challenge to anesthesiologist. Therefore, in this study, we tried to combine anesthesia with sound stimulation, to make patient preserve respiratory function in the surgery.

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 無法用中文配合溝通，或是無法了解試驗過程及試驗目的的病人
2. 有酗酒、藥物戒斷的病人
3. 腎功能、肝臟功能受損的病人
4. 身高體重指數(BMI)>=25得病人
5. 無法接受戴耳機，或是接收耳機聲音的病人

Exclusion criteria：

1. The patient can't be comunicated with Chinese;
2. The patient who was alcoholism, or drug abuse;
3. Impairment of liver or kidney function;
4. BMI >=25;
5. Patient refused to wear headphone.

分組方式會使用一個信封裡面放著100張V 和100張 S的卡片，讓Nurse anesthetist隨機抽取進行亂數分組。然後Nurse anesthetist會依照卡片上面寫的(V or S)，播放出I-phone6S裡面的聲音(V)，或是不撥放聲音(S)，之後抽出來的卡片將不會再放入信封中。

Nurse anesthetist will arrange patient in to 2 groups randomly through a mail. There was 100 "Voice" card and 100 "silence" card in the mail.
