研究目的：

依托2023年广西重点地区老年人等重点人群，针对广西地区多个重点县（区、市）开展一项老年人群的结核病筛查项目，了解广西省≥65岁以上老年人群结核病患病情况及患病风险，评估使用Xpert MTB/RIF Ultra混检作为“一站式”病原学筛查工具的成本效益。  

Objectives of Study：

Based on the key population such as the elderly in key areas of Guangxi in 2023, a tuberculosis screening project for the elderly population in several key counties (districts and cities) in Guangxi is carried out to understand the tuberculosis incidence and risk of the elderly population over 65 years old in Guangxi Province. To evaluate the cost-effectiveness of using the Xpert MTB/RIF Ultra mixed test as a "one-stop" etiological screening tool.

使用结核分枝杆菌固体或液体培养对标本作单管培养，作为Xpert ultra 混检的金标准对照。

Gold Standard or Reference Standard (The clinical reference standards required to establish the presence or absence of the target condition in the tested population in present study):

Solid or liquid cultures of mycobacterium tuberculosis were used for single tube culture as the gold standard control for Xpert ultra mixed assay.

指标试验（即本研究的待评估诊断试验，无论为方法、生物标志物或设备，均请列出名称）：

采用现场筛查的方法，抽取有代表性的7个县区，对全辖区内≥65岁以上老年人群使用Xpert MTB/RIF Ultra混检进行结核病筛查，分析老年人群中结核病的患病情况。将老年人群的合格标本送至结核病实验室按照“5混1”进行Xpert MTB/RIF Ultra 检测，并在管理报告表上记录相关信息；针对混检阳性的标本，对每个标本再进行单检。

Index test:

On-site screening was used to select seven representative counties and districts to screen tuberculosis for elderly people over >=65 years old in the jurisdiction to analyze the incidence of tuberculosis among the elderly. Qualified specimens from the elderly were sent to the tuberculosis laboratory to conduct Xpert MTB/RIF Ultra test according to "5 Mix 1", and relevant information was recorded on the management report form; for specimens with positive mixed tests, each specimen was then tested separately.
