研究目的：

对经过春节饮食改变前后阶段的受试对象自身前后的临床生化指标，肠道菌群，及炎症因子的检测，探讨春节期间的短期饮食改变是否对人体肠道菌群及炎症因子的产生影响。

Objectives of Study：

the study detected clinical biochemical indicators, gut microbiota, and inflammatory factors in their bodies before and after the dietary changes, exploring whether short-term dietary changes during the Spring Festival have an impact on human gut microbiota and the production of inflammatory factors.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

①BMI<18.5kg/m2 或 >30 kg/m2；②怀孕或计划怀孕者；③素食、不规则饮食、饮食习惯异常或者短期内有减肥节食计划；④免疫缺陷、HIV感染者；；⑤各种具有肠缺失、胃肠道解剖学改变的胃肠道疾病术后；⑥各种具有胃肠功能障碍、胃肠道慢性疾病（如、腹泻、便秘）、或影响胃肠道功能且仍需要药物治疗的急性胃肠道疾病（如急性胃肠炎或急性消化道溃疡病）；⑦已确诊的疾病如胃肠道肿瘤，糖尿病，呼吸道系统疾病，心脑血管疾病、高血糖、高脂血症、高血压，癌症或肿瘤等；⑧过去一周内发烧或感染、或口服或静脉注射过抗生素、激素、抗炎药物（甾体类药物如泼尼松、强的松、氢化可的松、倍他米松、地塞米松等，非甾体类抗炎药如阿司匹林、对乙酰氨基酚、布洛芬）；⑨2周内使用过益生菌或益生元等微生态制剂及过去一个月及观察期间使用膳食补充剂。

Exclusion criteria：

BMI < 18.5 kg/m2 or > 30 kg/m2; ② Pregnant or planning to become pregnant; ③ Vegetarian, irregular diet, abnormal eating habits, or plans to lose weight in the short term; ④ Immunodeficiency, HIV infection; ⑤ Post-operative patients with gut loss, gastrointestinal anatomical changes; ⑥ Patients with gastrointestinal functional disorders, chronic gastrointestinal diseases (such as diarrhea, constipation), or acute gastrointestinal diseases that affect gastrointestinal function and still require drug treatment (such as acute or acute digestive tract ulcer disease); ⑦ Patients with diagnosed gastrointestinal tumors, diabetes, respiratory system diseases, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, hyperglycemia, hyperlipidemia, hypertension, cancer or tumors; ⑧ Fever or infection within the past week, or oral or intravenous administration of antibiotics, hormones, anti-inflammatory drugs (steroids such as prednisone, methylprednisolone, hydrocortisone, betamethasone, dexamethasone, etc.), non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (such as aspirin, acetaminophen, ibuprofen); ⑨ Use of probiotics, prebiotics, or other microbiological preparations within 2 weeks, or use of dietary supplements in the past month and during the observation period.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：	1.数据采集：由经过统一培训的志愿者自行填写问卷信息,由有执业资格证的护士在现场抽取志愿者的血液。 2.数据录入采用epidata进行双录入，再比对其正确率，如有不相同之处，查找原始问卷进行修改。
Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：	1. Data collection: the uniformly trained volunteers filled in the questionnaire information by themselves, and the nurses with professional qualification certificate drawn the blood of the volunteers on the site. 2. Data input was conducted for double input by epidata, and then compare the correct rate. If there is any difference, find the original questionnaire for modification.
