研究目的：

肌少-骨质疏松症（OS）是常见的老年综合征，严重损害老年人生活质量，但目前关于其机制和靶向药物的研究匮乏。肌、骨通过机械和化学作用相互影响，研究肌、骨互作，有助于防治肌肉骨骼系统疾病。  

Objectives of Study：

Osteo-sarcopenia (OS) is a common geriatric syndrome that seriously impaffects the quality of life of the elderly, but there is a lack of research on its mechanism and targeted drugs. Muscle and bone interact with each other through mechanical and chemical interaction. Studying the interaction between muscle and bone is helpful to prevent and cure musculoskeletal system diseases.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

本项目拟通过检测临床受试者血清肌源性因子鸢尾素（Irisin）和肌肉生长抑制素（MSTN）的水平，同时使用全身振动训练（WBVT）联合维生素D（Vit. D）干预OS患者，双能X线吸收检测法（DXA）检测骨密度、肌肉质量，握力仪和5次起坐试验评估肌肉力量，6 m步速、简易体能状况量表、起立-行走计时测试检测躯体功能，分析Irisin/MSTN与OS的相关性，以及WBVT联合Vit. D改善OS的临床疗效和作用机制。 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

This project intends to detect the levels of serum myogenic factor Irisin and myostatin (MSTN) of clinical subjects, and use whole body vibration training (WBVT) combined with vitamin D (Vit. D) to intervene patients with OS. Bone density and muscle mass were measured by dual energy X-ray absorptiometry (DXA). Muscle strength was assessed with a grip strength meter and 5-time chair stand test. 6 m walking speed, simple physical status scale, standing and walking timing test to detect physical function. The correlation between Irisin/MSTN and OS was analyzed, and the clinical efficacy and mechanism of WBVT combined with Vit.D 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

①合并骨折或其他继发性骨质疏松症患者； ②合并严重高血压、糖尿病、肿瘤等慢性疾病； ③合并有心、肝、肾等脏器严重受累及内分泌、血液系统疾病； ④近3个月服用维生素D或是抗骨质疏松药物的患者； ⑤同期参加其他临床试验的受试者； ⑥经研究者判断，患者存在其他不适宜入组情况。

Exclusion criteria：

① Patients with fracture or other secondary osteoporosis; Severe hypertension, diabetes, tumor and other chronic diseases; (3) Complicated with serious involvement of heart, liver, kidney and other organs and endocrine and blood system diseases; Patients who have taken vitamin D or anti-osteoporosis drugs for the past 3 months; (5) Participants in other clinical trials during the same period; ⑥ According to the investigators, the patient had other conditions that were not suitable for inclusion.

After eligibility screening, participants will be guided through an informed consent process, and eligible participants will be randomized 1:1:1 to one of three parallel groups (Vit. D: WBVT: combination therapy), and they can withdraw at any stage. After randomization, the Clinical Study Coordinator (CRC) will schedule treatment sessions. All recruitment procedures will be documented in the log file.
