研究目的：

1） 在临床工作中，老年患者非心脏手术术后神经认知恢复延迟的高发病率和与之相关的临床并发症，使其越来越受到重视。本研究拟以术前简易神经认知功能筛查为基础筛查其危险因素 2） 在此基础上构建与验证预测出院时或术后1周(以较早者为准) DNR发生风险的列线图模型，从而为高危老年人群的早期筛查和未来合理干预提供参考  

Objectives of Study：

1) In clinical work, the high incidence of delayed neurocognitive recovery after non-cardiac surgery in elderly patients and the associated clinical complications have attracted increasing attention. This study intends to screen its risk factors based on preoperative simple neurocognitive function screening 2) On this basis, a nomogram model was constructed and validated to predict the risk of DNR at the time of discharge or one week after surgery (if earlier), so as to provide a reference for early screening and future reasonable intervention of high-risk elderly populations

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 严重的视力或听力障碍（看不到图片或不能阅读或不能听说明）或沟通能力的丧失 2. 术前存在痴呆或者确诊的认知障碍（MMSE＜24） 3. 患者术前签署知情同意书但拒绝参与随访 4. 昏迷或者术后临时转入ICU 5. 术后 7d 内死亡。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Severe visual or hearing impairment (inability to see pictures or to read or hear instructions) or loss of communication skills 2. Preoperative presence of dementia or confirmed cognitive impairment (MMSE < 24) 3. The patient signed informed consent before surgery but refused to participate in follow-up 4. Coma or temporary transfer to ICU after surgery 5. Death occurred within 7 days after surgery
