研究目的：

观察电子软镜引导下经左、右鼻孔在儿童中气管插管中的可行性，以及比较左右两个鼻孔的插管时间、一次插管成功率、插管次数、鼻出血等是否有差异。  

Objectives of Study：

To observe the feasibility of fiberoptic bronchoscope-guided tracheal intubation via the left and right nostrils in children, as well as to compare whether there is any difference in intubation time, success rate of one-time intubation, number of intubations, and rhinorrhea between the right and left nostrils.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1、鼻腔的解剖畸变如鼻中隔偏曲和鼻中隔骨刺以及鼻甲肥大的患儿，反复鼻出血、鼻息肉病、胃食管反流风险的患儿，2、既往腭成形术、紫绀性心脏病、慢性鼻窦炎、凝血状态异常、上周使用过抗炎药物，或困难或潜在困难的气道的患儿，3、术前哮喘、癫痫、心功能不全的患儿，4、被判断为家属缺乏同意能力的患儿。

Exclusion criteria：

1, children with anatomical deformities of the nasal cavity such as deviated septum and septal bony spurs as well as enlarged turbinates, children with recurrent rhinorrhea, nasal polyposis, and risk of gastroesophageal reflux, 2, children with previous palatoplasty, cyanotic cardiac disease, chronic sinusitis, abnormal coagulation status, last week's use of anti-inflammatory medications, or a difficult or potentially difficult airway, 3, preoperative asthma, epilepsy, and cardiac insufficiency, and 4, children judged to be of a family that lacks the capacity to give consent.

After selecting the left nostril and using glycerin to lubricate the fiberoptic bronchoscope core and the tracheal tube, thefiberoptic bronchoscope core is passed through the tracheal tube. The operator's left hand grips the handle of the fiberoptic bronchoscope and the right hand squeezes the core at the front of the fiberoptic bronchoscope and advances it into the nasal cavity, nasopharynx, and oropharynx. After exposing the vocal folds and passing through the vocal folds, the tracheal tube is inserted into the trachea over the fiberoptic bronchoscope core.
