研究目的：

本研究旨在探讨基于健康信念模型构建科学系统的孕期口腔健康管理方案，通过多种形式为孕妇提供针对性的孕期口腔健康教育。实现社区工作人员、口腔医院医护人员和孕妇的信息共享，提供及时且正确的口腔保健知识和诊疗服务。提高孕妇的口腔保健自我效能，从而提升孕妇口腔健康状况,减少孕妇口腔疾病,并为发展和完善孕期口腔保健服务体系提供思路。  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study was to perform an advanced behavioral and educational approach delivered by a professional team based on the Health Belief Model in improving the oral health of pregnant women. To realize information sharing among community workers, dental hospital medical staff, and pregnant women. Also, to improve the self-efficacy of oral health care and oral health status in pregnant women.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

①有孕期并发症或者合并其他严重疾病者(如HIV感染、自身免疫性疾病、糖尿病或心血管疾病)；②胎膜早破，子痫前期，或者阴道出血；③在6个月内接受过牙周治疗；④有严重心理障碍史（如精神病或重度抑郁症）等。

Exclusion criteria：

① Individuals with pregnancy complications or other serious illnesses (e.g. HIV infection, autoimmune diseases, diabetes mellitus, or cardiovascular diseases); ② premature rupture of membranes, preeclampsia, or vaginal bleeding during this study; ③ Received periodontal treatment within 6 months; ④ Have a history of severe psychological disorders (e.g. mental illness or severe depression).

随机方法（请说明由何人用什么方法产生随机序列）：

根据拟纳入研究对象人数，使用SPSS软件的Random Number Generators产生随机数字，并通过SPSS Visual Binning功能进行分组。将标记了分组信息的卡片放入信封，信封密封后由专人负责保管。符合本研究纳入标准的孕妇自愿参与时，由研究人员按顺序分配信封，并根据卡片上的数字将其分配至实验组或对照组。此工作人员不能参加纳入病例、干预以及数据记录和统计等后续研究。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method)：

"Random Number Generators" of SPSS were used to generate random numbers, and SPSS Visual Binning function was used to generate grouping information. Put the card marked with grouping information into the envelopes, and the envelopes would be sealed and kept by a dedicated person. When pregnant women who meet the inclusion criteria voluntarily participate, the researchers assigned envelopes in order and assigned them to the experimental or control group based on the numbers on the cards.

Blinding：

Two trained members of this project served as independent contacts for both groups of pregnant women throughout the entire study period. The doctors for oral examinations and pregnant women in the two groups were unaware of the grouping.
