研究目的：

探讨主观性耳鸣的发病原因和治疗方法。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the etiology and effective therapy for subjective tinnitus.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

对三叉神经终末支、颈丛神经、枕神经、面神经和迷走神经终末支进行阻滞，观察效果。 手术方案：对三叉神经终末支、面神经终末支、枕大神经/第三枕神经进行全程减压，去除筋膜、肌肉、血管、淋巴结和班痕造成的压迫。 枕小神经的位置不定，对其进行烧灼或结扎，或沿着神经走行筋膜减压。 术后处理：观察1日，评估脑鸣、耳鸣症状改善情况，如无不适，即可出院，持续随访。  

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

The terminal branches of the trigeminal nerve, cervical plexus, occipital nerve, facial nerve, or vagus nerve will be blocked using lidocaine. Terminal branches of the trigeminal nerve, facial nerve, and occipital/third occipital nerve will be decompressed by removing fascia, muscles, blood vessels, lymph nodes, and scars. Postoperative effect will be evaluated using VAS questionnaire during follow-up period.  

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

⑴ 有颅内占位、头部外伤、颈部病变或者中耳疾患者； ⑵ 对局麻药过敏者； ⑶ 有出血倾向者； ⑷ 无法沟通者； ⑸ 严重心、肝、肾功能障碍者 ⑹ 患者或家属不同意治疗，未签署知情同意书。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Patients with intracranial occupational masses, head injuries, neck lesions, or middle ear diseases; (2) Individuals who are allergic to local anesthetics; ⑶ Individuals with a tendency to bleed; (4) Those who are unable to communicate; (5) Patients with severe heart, liver, and kidney dysfunction; (6) Informed consent cannot be obtained from the patients or legal guardian.
