研究目的：

对有生育力保存需求的儿童采用卵巢组织冻存的方法进行生育力保存，以期获得满意的卵巢组织复苏和移植效率，切实缓解因治疗等原因造成的生殖内分泌及生育力损害。  

Objectives of Study：

To use ovarian tissue cryopreservation for fertility preservation in children with fertility preservation needs, in order to obtain satisfactory ovarian tissue recovery and transplantation efficiency, and effectively alleviate the reproductive endocrine and fertility damage caused by treatment.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.患有急性或严重传染性疾病(艾滋病、梅毒等)； 2.患有严重精神疾病； 3.有手术或麻醉禁忌症； 4.其他不符合法律或伦理的情况。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Suffering from acute or serious infectious diseases (AIDS, syphilis, etc.); 2. Suffering from severe mental illness; 3. Have contraindications to surgery or anesthesia; 4. Other situations that are not in accordance with law or ethics.
