研究目的：

（1）验证小脑rTMS可以调节神经元突触可塑性，促进脑卒中后运动功能恢复。 （2）证实小脑rTMS通过激活小脑-丘脑-皮层环路促进卒中后运动技能学习。 （3）阐明小脑rTMS通过激活小脑-丘脑-皮层环路促进运动学习，进而改善卒中后运动功能的神经机制。  

Objectives of Study：

(1) Verify that cerebellar rTMS can regulate neuronal synaptic plasticity and promote motor function recovery after stroke. (2) Confirming that cerebellar rTMS promotes post stroke motor skill learning by activating the cerebellar thalamic cortical circuit. (3) Clarify the neural mechanism by which cerebellar rTMS promotes motor learning and improves post stroke motor function by activating the cerebellar thalamic cortical circuit.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

①严重的肝肾、心肺功能不全或恶性肿瘤；②有心脏起搏器、内置电极、体内金属植入物或颅骨缺损及存在TMS禁忌症的其他情况；③失语、严重的认知障碍、精神疾病病史；④严重的视觉、听觉障碍；⑤近3月内有癫痫发作史或近期正在服用抗癫痫药物

Exclusion criteria：

① Severe liver, kidney, heart and lung dysfunction or malignant tumors; ② There are pacemakers, built-in electrodes, metal implants or skull defects in the body, and other contraindications to TMS; ③ Aphasia, severe cognitive impairment, history of mental illness; ④ Severe visual and auditory impairments; ⑤ History of epileptic seizures within the past three months or recent use of antiepileptic drugs
