探究新型肿瘤靶向显像剂TMVP1-ICG用于宫颈癌术中荧光腹腔镜下指导盆腔淋巴结的精准清扫的可能性  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the possibility of a new tumor-targeted imaging agent TMVP1-ICG for accurate clearance of pelvic lymph nodes under fluoroscopy during cervical cancer operation

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（1）妊娠、哺乳期妇女；
（2）已确诊细菌性阴道炎、霉菌性阴道炎、各种性传播疾病阳性者；
（3）已知药物或酒精依赖或怀疑对研究药物的活性或非活性成分过敏；
（4）试验前3个月内参加过其他药物临床试验等；
（5）心功能不全的患者；
（6）肝功和肾功能不全的患者；
（7）高血压严重并发症患者；
（8）研究中可能危及生命安全的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Pregnancy, lactating women;
(2) Patients have been diagnosed bacterial vaginitis, fungal vaginitis, a variety of sexually transmitted diseases are positive;
(3) Patients have known to be drug or alcohol dependent or suspected to be allergic to the active or inactive ingredients of the study drug;
(4) Patients have participated in other drug clinical trials 3 months before the trial participated ;
(5) Patients with cardiac insufficiency;
(6) Patients with liver function and renal insufficiency;
(7) Patients with severe complications of hypertension;
(8) Patients who may be life-threatening in the study.
