研究目的：

研究肠缺血损伤的早期分子标志物的表达情况，寻找与肠缺血损伤相关的miRNA标志物，同时验证既往发现与急性血管阻塞性肠缺血相关的标志物是否同时存在于非血管阻塞性缺血（NOMI）。同时探究以上分子标志物在腹膜后肿瘤围术期肠缺血患者中短期及长期的预后意义。开展此项工作具有非常重要的意义：(1) 探究腹膜后肿瘤术后肠瘘及出血的临床病理危险因素，有助于对患者的早期干预，（2）结合前期工作中的分子标志物，有助于明确腹膜后肿瘤术后肠缺血损伤早期生物标志物，为临床早期诊断肠缺血损伤提供依据；(3) 有助于明确肠缺血损伤的分子机制，丰富肠缺血损伤分子机制的理论。  

Objectives of Study：

To study the expression of early molecular markers of intestinal ischemic injury, to find the miRNA markers related to intestinal ischemic injury, and to verify whether the previously found markers related to acute vascular obstructive intestinal ischemia also exist in non-vascular obstructive ischemia (NOMI). At the same time, to explore the short-term and long-term prognostic significance of the above molecular markers in perioperative intestinal ischemia patients with retroperitoneal tumors. It is of great significance to carry out this work: (1) to explore the clinicopathological risk factors of intestinal fistula and bleeding after retroperitoneal tumor operation, which is helpful to the early intervention of patients. (2) combined with the molecular markers in the previous work, it is helpful to identify the early biomarkers of intestinal ischemic injury after retroperitoneal tumor operation, and provide a basis for early clinical diagnosis of intestinal ischemic injury. (3) it is helpful to clarify the molecular mechanism of intestinal ischemic injury and enrich the theory of molecular mechanism of intestinal ischemic injury.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

病前有脂质代谢障碍、慢性胃肠道疾病；妊娠期或哺乳期妇女；慢性疾病终末期；预计入 ICU 24 h 内死亡或出院者。

Exclusion criteria：

Dyslipidemia, chronic gastrointestinal disease before the disease, pregnancy or lactation women, end-stage chronic disease, expected death or discharge from ICU24h.
