研究目的：

探讨内镜切除术后的T1期结直肠腺癌患者再行外科手术的指证、病理特征及手术效果。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the evidence, pathological features, and surgical outcomes of re-operation in patients with T1 colorectal adenocarcinoma following endoscopic resection.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.伴有远处转移； 2.首先接受外科根治手术； 3.病理为神经内分泌肿瘤、腺鳞癌、鳞癌、淋巴瘤、平滑肌瘤等； 4.内镜治疗并发穿孔或出血而追加手术的。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Distant metastasis; 2. First undergo radical surgery; 3. Pathology showing neuroendocrine tumors, adenosquamous carcinoma, squamous cell carcinoma, lymphoma, or leiomyoma; 4. Additional surgery due to endoscopic treatment-related perforation or bleeding.
