探究术中严格血糖控制是否能够降低腔镜食管癌根治术患者术后肺炎发生率。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore whether strict intraoperative blood sugar control can reduce the incidence of postoperative pneumonia in patients undergoing laparoscopic radical esophageal cancer surgery.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.急诊手术； 2.患者拒绝参与实验或无法签署知情同意书； 3.术前血糖控制不佳； 4.术前肺部感染。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Emergency surgery; 2. The patient refuses to participate in the experiment or is unable to sign the informed consent form; 3. Poor blood sugar control before surgery; 4. Preoperative pulmonary infection.
