研究目的：

为了明确高血压合并心房颤动的主要危险因素，本研究旨在采用随机对照研究，通过人工神经网络技术建立高血压合并心房纤颤的风险预测模型，并建立实时高血压合并心房颤动态识别平台，筛查高血压合并心房纤维性颤动患者，建立和评估综合健康教育对高血压合并心房纤维颤动主要不良事件发生率的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

To clarify the major risk factors for hypertension combined with atrial fibrillation,this study aims to use randomized controlled trial, establishing a risk prediction model for hypertension combined with atrial fibrillation through artificial neural network technology, and a real-time hypertension combined with atrial fibrillation dynamic recognition platform, screening patients with hypertension combined with atrial fibrillation to establish and evaluate the impacts of integrated health education on the incidence of major adverse events in hypertension combined with atrial fibrillation.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

(1)小于 18 岁及大于等于 80 岁；(2)文盲、或基本读写功能受损以及生活不能自理的患者；(3)合并严重心肺以及肿瘤等疾病不适合此项临床试验者；(4) 脑、肾动脉粥样重度狭窄患者；(5)患严重心脏病（先天性心脏病、瓣膜病、心肌病、心脏外科手术术后、心脏起搏器植入术等）、血液病、自身免疫性疾病、甲状腺疾病及妊娠、恶性肿瘤；(6)患有严重精神疾患或者意识障碍而无法准确回答问题者；(7)患有其他神经系统相关疾病（如阿尔兹海默病、帕金森病等）者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Under 18 years old and above 80 years old; (2) Illiteracy, or patients with impaired basic reading and writing abilities, as well as inability to take care of themselves in daily life; (3) Patients with severe cardiovascular and tumor diseases are not suitable for this clinical trial; (4) Patients with severe cerebral and renal artery atherosclerotic stenosis; (5) Suffering from serious heart diseases (congenital heart disease, valvular disease, cardiomyopathy, postoperative cardiac surgery, pacemaker implantation, etc.), hematological diseases, autoimmune diseases, thyroid diseases, pregnancy, and malignant tumors; (6) Individuals with severe mental illness or consciousness disorders who are unable to answer questions accurately; (7) Individuals with other neurological related diseases, such as Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson's disease, etc.
