探讨血必净注射液对复杂腹腔感染脓毒症患者炎凝反应的影响  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the effect of xuebijing on the inflammatory and coagulation response of complicated intra-abdominal infection by sepsis.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

临床资料不完整、应用其他抗炎药物、合并严重的基础疾病（血液系统疾病、严重肝功能衰竭、肿瘤或是其他疾病应用免疫抑制剂）、治疗期间应用影响凝血功能药物（肝素、华法林等）、治疗期间转院或是自动出院。

Exclusion criteria：

Incomplete clinical data, use of other anti-inflammatory drugs, concomitant severe underlying diseases (hematological disorders, severe liver failure, tumor or other diseases using immunosuppressants), use of drugs that affect coagulation function (heparin, warfarin, etc.) during treatment, transfer or automatic discharge during treatment.
