研究目的：

①以居家自我管理概念、E-Coach慢病管理模式及健康信念模式为理论框架，在最佳证据总结的基础上构建ASO介入术后患者居家运动自我管理干预方案； ②初步应用ASO介入术后患者居家运动自我管理干预方案，检验其临床效果，为该方案的进一步推广应用提供研究依据。  

Objectives of Study：

① With the concept of home self-management, E-Coach chronic disease management model and health belief model as the theoretical framework, construct the intervention program for ASO interventional patients on the basis of the best evidence summary; ② Preliminary application of ASO interventional postoperative home exercise self-management intervention program for patients, to test its clinical effect, to provide a research basis for the further promotion and application of this program.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

干预场所为医院-家庭，干预周期从出院当日算起，时间为6个月，在出院后第1、3、6月进行25～30min电话随访、指导并记录患者情况，每周3-5次在群里询问并鼓励引导患者运动，每周在患者微信群里推送运动视频和微信公众号文章1篇，再逐个精准推送，网络直播于出院后每个月进行，直播时间在60～90min，并通过微信步数监督患者进行步行运动。由本课题组成员直接参与干预，其他成员提供顾问，直接执行者为患者本人，其主要照顾者是辅助执行者。 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

Intervention place for hospital-family, intervention cycle from the day of discharge, time for 6 months, after discharge 1,3,6,25~30min telephone follow-up, guidance and record the patients, 3-5 times a week in the group of ask and encourage guide patients movement, every week in patients WeChat group push video and WeChat public article 1, then accurate push, webcast in every month after discharge, live time in 60~90min, and through the WeChat steps supervision patients walking movement. Members of our research group are directly involved in the intervention, other members provide consultants, the direct executor is the patient himself, and the main caregivers is the auxiliary executor. 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（1）并发如心、脑、肾等重要脏器严重功能不全；（2）因疾病导致截肢；（3）合并精神、神经系统疾病的患者；（4）预期寿命＜1年；（5）已参加其他居家干预试验患者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) severe dysfunction such as heart, brain, kidney and other important organs; (2) amputation due to disease; (3) patients with mental and neurological diseases; (4) life expectancy <1 year; (5) patients who have participated in other home-based intervention trials.

患者复诊测量：该测试遵守标准化的协议，测试安排在一个长约30米的长廊，参与者在得到指示后以尽可能快的速度沿直线来回走6分钟，并且在转弯掉头处要尽量迅速。如果参与者因腿部症状加重，或出现其他不适，允许参与者停下来休息，但是计时不会停止。研究者在30米长廊的中点处，每两分钟告知测试时间并给予鼓励。在6分钟结束后，研究者记录下参与者在测试期间完成的总距离。

Patient return measurement: The test follows a standardized protocol, arranged in a corridor about 30 meters long, where participants were instructed to walk in a straight line as fast as possible, and turn as quickly as possible. If the participant suffered due to worse leg symptoms, or other discomfort, the participant was allowed to stop and rest, but the timing will not stop. The researchers informed the test time and gave encouragement every two minutes at the midpoint of the 30 m corridor.

由主要研究者权小艳使用R语言生成随机数字表，按生成顺序装入不透光的编有序号（从01开始）的信封中密封，研究对象按连续入组的顺序取得相应信封，随机分为干预组和对照组。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method)：

Quan Xiaoyan, the principal investigator, generated a random number table using R language, and sealed it in the opaque serial number envelope (starting from 01) in the generating order. The study subjects obtained the corresponding envelopes in the order of continuous enrollment, and were randomly divided into intervention group and control group.

盲法：

研究对象入组后，由干预实施者电话联系研究总负责人得到该患者的分组结果，再按不同的干预方案对患者实施干预。干预实施者被要求不能将随机分组的结果告诉参加试验的患者、研究小组中的医生及资料收集者。数据分析人员只负责分析数据，不知道研究对象的分配结果。

Blinding：

After the subjects are enrolled, the intervention enters will contact the study leader by phone to get the group results of the patient, and then implement the intervention according to different intervention programs. The intervention participants were asked not to communicate the results of the randomization to the patients, the physicians in the study team, and the collectors of the data. The data analyst is only responsible for analyzing the data and does not know the allocation results of the study subjects.
