研究目的：

主要研究目的：探索两种不同的计算机辅助外科技术在复杂ZMC骨折治疗中应用。通过前瞻性临床随机对照研究，比较计算机辅助导航手术与导板辅助手术的精确度及效果。从而对比两种治疗方法的优劣，解决国内外在此问题上的广泛争议，进而实现复杂ZMC骨折的精准诊疗。 次要研究目的：就手术时间、术中出血量、术后并发症等方面对两种计算机辅助外科技术在复杂ZMC骨折治疗中的优势进行探索、评估。  

Objectives of Study：

Main research purpose: to explore the application of two different computer assisted surgical techniques in the treatment of complex ZMC fracture.The accuracy and effect of computer assisted navigation surgery and guide plate assisted surgery were compared with the prospective clinical randomized controlled study.In this way, we can compare the advantages and disadvantages of two treatments, solve the wide dispute of this problem at home and abroad, and then realize the accurate diagnosis and treatment of complicated ZMC fracture. Secondary research objective: to explore and evaluate the advantages of two kinds of computer assisted surgical techniques in the treatment of complex ZMC in terms of operation time, intraoperative blood loss and postoperative complications，and so on.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（1）伴有严重颅脑损伤，生命体征不稳定者；（2）ZMC骨折A类患者；（3）伴有其他系统性疾病；（4）对钛合金内植物过敏的患者；（5）急性或严重感染或慢性感染处于急性发作期的患者；（6）手术导致大范围软组织缺损，术后创口没有足够软组织覆盖的患者；（7）放射性骨髓炎、急慢性骨髓炎、骨质疏松患者；（8）合并心、肺、脑、肾等重要脏器原发性疾病未控制的患者；（9）精神疾病患者；（10）妊娠、哺乳期女性；（11）无法配合治疗的患者；（12）中晚期恶性肿瘤、肿瘤远处转移、肿瘤复发患者；（13）病情危重，难以对内植物的有效性和安全性做出确切评价的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) With severe craniocerebral injury, vital signs are unstable;
(2) Zingg classified class A fracture;
(3) There are other systemic diseases;
(4) Allergic to plant of titanium alloy;
(5) Acute or severe infection or chronic infection in patients with acute onset;
(6) The operation results in a wide range of soft tissue defects, and the postoperative wound has not enough soft tissue coverage;
(7) Radiological osteomyelitis, acute chronic osteomyelitis, osteoporosis patients;
(8) Patients with primary diseases such as heart, lung, brain or kidney were not controlled;
(9) Mentally ill;
(10) Pregnant or lactating women;
(11) Patients who cannot cooperate with the treatment;
(12) Patients with Middle and late malignant tumor, tumor distant metastasis or tumor recurrence patients;
(13) Patients who are in critical condition are difficult to evaluate the efficacy and safety of the plants.
