研究目的：

迄今为止，关于艺术类院校大学生的健康状况以及对健康影响的实证纵向和连贯横断面数据还很少。旨在研究中国艺术类院校大学生的健康状况。重点是了解学生在这一特定学术环境中面临的与健康相关的挑战。本研究旨在通过自然观察的前瞻性队列研究，深入探索中国艺术院校大学生的健康状况，并分析其影响因素。在此背景下，将解决以下研究问题： 1.在大学期间的基础健康状况和健康状况的变化？ 2.可以确定哪些因素影响艺术类院校学生的健康状况？  

Objectives of Study：

So far, there are few empirical longitudinal and cross-sectional data on the health status and impact on health of art college students. The aim is to study the health status of Chinese art college students. The focus is to understand the health related challenges faced by students in this specific academic environment. This study aims to explore the health status of Chinese art college students through a prospective cohort study of natural observation, and analyze its influencing factors. In this context, the following research issues will be addressed: The main research questions of the study are: 1. Basic health status and changes in health status during university? 2. What factors can be determined to affect the health status of students in art colleges?

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

使用在渐进式网络应用程序中实现的调查问卷工具在线收集数据。该应用程序是专门为该研究项目编写的。问卷可逐步编辑，答案自动保存。不可能跳过单个项目。回答完所有问题后，学生可以提交结果，并且无需进行进一步更改。收集的数据存储在单独的服务器上，并全面考虑当前的中国数据保护安全标准。与大学学生记录的连接被排除，项目团队也无法访问用户配置文件凭据。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

Collect data online using survey tools implemented in progressive network applications. This application is specifically written for this research project. The questionnaire can be edited step by step, and the answers are automatically saved. It is impossible to skip a single project. After answering all the questions, students can submit the results without making further changes. The collected data is stored on a separate server and fully considers the current Chinese data protection security standards. The connection to university student records was excluded, and the project team was unable to access user profile credentials.
