研究目的:

采用功能性电刺激踏车训练,实现运动完全性高位脊髓损伤患者下肢“主动”运动,通过其带来的心血管效应来安全有效地改善不同损伤平面高位脊髓损伤患者的心血管功能损害,从而促进患者早期、全面康复,提高临床康复疗效,帮助患者尽早回归家庭。  

Objectives of Study:

The use of functional electrical stimulation treadmill training to achieve the movement of the lower limbs of patients with complete high spinal cord injury "active" movement, through its cardiovascular effects to safely and effectively improve the cardiovascular function of patients with high spinal cord injury at different injury planes, so as to promote early and comprehensive rehabilitation of patients, improve clinical rehabilitation efficacy, and help patients return to their families as soon as possible.

纳入标准:

Inclusion criteria

排除标准:

1.脊髓损伤合并严重脑外伤或严重偏瘫的患者; 2.严重的认知,视觉或听觉障碍; 3.脊柱不稳定或骨折不稳定,患有严重的心血管疾病或严重的骨质疏松; 4.服用影响心率及血压的药物; 5.装有心脏起搏器、下肢深静脉血栓血栓形成等无法完成治疗。

Exclusion criteria:

1.Patients with spinal cord injury combined with severe brain trauma or severe hemiplegia; 2. Severe cognitive, visual or auditory impairments; 3. Spinal instability or unstable fractures, suffering from severe cardiovascular diseases or severe osteoporosis; 4. Taking medications that affect heart rate and blood pressure; 5. Patients with cardiac pacemakers, deep vein thrombosis of the lower extremities, etc., cannot complete the treatment.
