To clarify the characteristics of HBV integrated genes at different stages in children and adults, and to explore the relationship between HBV integrated genes and host genomics and prognosis, as well as the factors affecting the number of integrated genes.

1.合并HIV、HCV患者； 2.合并自身免疫性疾病。

Exclusion criteria：

1. The combination of HIV and HCV patients; 2. Complicated with autoimmune diseases.
