研究目的：

随着超声乳化技术的应用，白内障手术更加安全、快速，但手术机械刺激仍然可能导致患者术后角膜水肿、眼前节炎症及眼表损害的发生。中医学认为，白内障超声乳化手术损伤使眼内组织气血受损，致使风热毒邪乘虚侵袭，造成脉络损伤，气血瘀滞，眼部组织代谢障碍，导致角膜水肿，目失濡养致眼睛干涩。中药调理全身，比较白内障手术前后常规用药组及中药联合组术前术后的各项眼部检查变化，了解中药对白内障术后眼前节及眼表的综合作用，以指导临床用药。  

Objectives of Study：

With the application of phacoemulsification technology cataract surgery is safer and faster but surgical mechanical stimulation may still lead to postoperative corneal edema anterior ganglion inflammation and ocular surface damage Traditional Chinese medicine believes that the injury of cataract phacoemulsification surgery damages the qi and blood in the eye tissue resulting in the invasion of wind and heat toxic evil causing vein damage qi and blood stasis eye tissue metabolism disorders resulting in corneal edema eye loss and eye dryness The changes of eye examination before and after cataract surgery were compared between the conventional treatment group and the combined Chinese medicine group so as to understand the comprehensive effect of Chinese medicine on the anterior segment and ocular surface after cataract surgery so as to guide clinical medication

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

常规治疗组的治疗方案为：盐酸左氧氟沙星滴眼液每次一滴，每日 4 次，2周停；妥布霉素地塞米松滴眼液每次一滴，每日4次，每7天减1次；普拉洛芬滴眼液每次 1 滴，每日 4 次，1月停。 中药联合组在常规组治疗方案基础上联合使用白内障术后方。白内障术后方中药配方颗粒，温水冲服，每次一剂，每日 2 次服用，7天为1个疗程，共用两个疗程。方剂如下：金银花15g 、菊花10g、黄芪15g、生地10g、黄芩10g、白术10g、防风10g、川芎10g、玄参10g。 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

The routine treatment group was as follows: one drop of levofloxacin hydrochloride eye drops 4 times a day for 2 weeks; One drop of tobramycin and dexamethasone eye drops, 4 times a day, once every 7 days; Proprofen eye drops 1 drop 4 times a day for 1 month. The traditional Chinese medicine combined group was combined with the cataract postoperative prescription on the basis of the conventional group. After cataract surgery, Chinese medicine formula granules should be taken with warm water, one dose each time, twice a day, 7 days as a course of treatment, shared two courses. The formulas are as follows: Honeysuckle 15g, chrysanthemum 10g, Astragalus 15g, Shengdi 10g, Scutellaria 10g, Baizhu 10g, Parafeng 10g, Chuanxiong 10g, Xuanshen 10g. 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1）研究眼白内障分期为过熟期白内障，或因外伤导致白内障者及各种原因所致的晶体不全脱位者； 2）研究眼有慢性或复发性炎症性眼病（例如虹膜炎、巩膜炎、葡萄膜炎、虹膜睫状体炎、虹膜红变）的活动性疾病或病史； 3）研究眼存在急性外眼感染证据（细菌、病毒和/或真菌，如天花、水痘以及角膜和结膜的其他病毒性疾病）、眼结核、角膜营养不良、活动性角膜溃疡、眼内感染、甲状腺功能障碍性眼病、活动性睑板腺囊肿或未受控制的睑缘炎； 4）当前任一眼患有单纯疱疹性角膜炎或任一眼有单纯疱疹性角膜炎病史； 5）任一眼青光眼患者或正在接受青光眼药物治疗者； 6）任一眼患有高眼压症（定义为眼内压＞21 mmHg）并正在使用治疗高眼压的药物或任一眼有眼内压升高病史（包括与类固醇相关的眼内压升高） 7）经研究者判断，研究眼存在任何可能影响试验药物植入的眼部异常，包括睑外翻、睑内翻、倒睫、多余泪点及泪点异常； 8）存在肝、肾疾病对中药汤剂不耐受者； 9）经研究者确定，入组可能会损害受试者的健康或研究结果安全及有效性的情况（例如，全身性或其他眼部疾病或异常）。

Exclusion criteria：

1) To study the stage of cataracts of the eye in the mature stage of cataract or cataract caused by trauma and incomplete dislocation of the lens caused by various reasons ; 2) Study of active disease or history of chronic or recurrent inflammatory eye diseases eg iritis scleritis uveitis iridocycletis iris erythrosis ; 3) Study the eyes for evidence of acute external ocular infection bacterial viral andor fungal such as smallpox chickenpox and other viral diseases of the cornea and conjunctiva ocular tuberculosis corneal dystrophy active corneal ulcer intraocular infection thyroid dysfunction ophthalmopathy active meibomian gland cyst or uncontrolled blepharitis ; 4) A current case of herpes simplex keratitis at one eye or a history of herpes simplex keratitis at one eye ; 5) Any person with glaucoma or receiving glaucoma medication ; 6) Either person has intraocular hypertension defined as intraocular pressure 21 mmHg and is taking medications for intraocular hypertension or has a history of elevated intraocular pressure including intraocular pressure associated with steroids ; 7) Any eye abnormalities including ectropion entropion trichiasis excess lacrimal spots and lacrimal spot abnormalities as determined by the investigator that may affect the implantation of the experimental drug in the study eye ; 8) Patients with liver and kidney diseases who are intolerant to TCM decoction ; 9) Conditions determined by the investigator to be likely to compromise the health of the subject or the safety and validity of the study results eg systemic or other eye disease or abnormality.
