研究肋间神经移植是否能够恢复重建乳房的感觉  

Objectives of Study：

Study of whether intercostal nerve grafts can restore sensation in reconstructed breasts

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

a）晚期及远处转移不适合手术患者； b）拒绝行乳房重建或拒绝行假体置入乳房重建患者； c）双侧乳腺癌患者； d）年龄＞60岁或小于18岁： e）全身情况不可耐受手术者 f）伴发其他恶性肿瘤患者； g）拒绝入组或无法配合治疗者； h）主治医生或研究者认为存在其他不宜参加本研究的情况。 i) 存在其他影响感觉恢复因素的患者

Exclusion criteria：

a) Patients with advanced and distant metastases not suitable for surgery; b) Patients who refuse to undergo breast reconstruction or refuse to undergo breast reconstruction with implant placement; c) Patients with bilateral breast cancer; d) Age > 60 years old or less than 18 years old: e) Patients whose systemic condition cannot tolerate surgery f) Patients with concomitant other malignant tumors; g) Those who refuse to be enrolled or are unable to cooperate with the treatment; h) Presence of other conditions that, in the opinion of the attending physician or the investigator, make participation in this study inappropriate. i) Patients with other factors affecting sensory recovery
