研究目的：

（1）在前期智能自助采样装备（健康自助小屋）的研发基础上进行优化，并升级基于人工智能辅助的生物样本采集判别算法，保证检测的便捷性、有效性；（2）通过试点研究，探索健康自助小屋对于吸烟者戒烟意愿提升的实际作用。

Objectives of Study：

(1) Optimize the intelligent self-sampling equipment (health self-help hut) based on the previous research and development, and upgrade the biological sample collection and discrimination algorithm based on artificial intelligence to ensure the convenience and effectiveness of detection; (2) A pilot study was conducted to explore the actual effect of health self-help cabins on smokers' willingness to quit smoking.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

中日友好医院科研团队已经研发了呼吸系统疾病基因检测自助采样系统，并搭载于健康自助小屋中，可通过人工智能系统辅助，由被检测者自助完成咽拭子的采集及样本回收，并开展呼吸系统疾病基因风险位点检测及患病风险预测。进行该检测有望帮助吸烟者个体化的了解自身患吸烟相关疾病的风险，进而提高戒烟意愿及戒烟成功率，对于降低烟草危害及相关疾病负担具有重要意义。

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

The research team of China-Japan Friendship Hospital has developed a self-sampling system for genetic detection of respiratory diseases, which is installed in the health self-help hut. With the assistance of artificial intelligence system, the tested person can collect throat swabs and collect samples by himself, and carry out the detection of genetic risk sites of respiratory diseases and disease risk prediction. This test is expected to help smokers individually understand their own risk of smoking-related diseases, and then improve the willingness to quit smoking and the success rate of quitting, which is of great significance for reducing the harm of tobacco and the burden of related diseases.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

① 患有口腔颌面部相关疾病导致无法满足咽拭子检测条件者； ② 患有呼吸道传染性疾病者（包括但不限于新冠病毒感染、开放性肺结核等） ③ 妊娠或哺乳期妇女； ④ 30天内参加过其他戒烟干预研究； ⑤ 经研究者判断处于其他无法达到研究要求的状态。

Exclusion criteria：

① Patients with oral and maxillofacial related diseases can not meet the requirements for throat swab detection; ② People with respiratory infectious diseases (including but not limited to COVID-19 infection, open tuberculosis, etc.) ③ Pregnant or lactating women; ④ Have participated in other smoking cessation intervention studies within 30 days; ⑤ In other states that the researcher judged could not meet the requirements of the study.

本研究按1：1的比例将研究参与者随机分为干预组和对照组，由与本试验数据管理、统计分析无关的生物统计学家，在计算机上采用SAS 9.4统计软件包，产生随机表，根据事先编好的病例号从1号开始按顺序对入组患者进行随机。

In this study, the participants will be randomly divided into the intervention group and the control group at a ratio of 1:1. Biostatisticians who had nothing to do with the data management and statistical analysis of this study will use SAS 9.4 statistical software package on the computer to generate a random table, and the enrolled patients will be randomized according to the preprogrammed case number from number 1.
