研究目的：

1.分析孕妇妊娠期肝内胆汁淤积症的危险因素； 2.探究TBA水平及ICP临床症状与母亲和胎儿维生素D水平的关系； 3.明确孕期保肝降胆汁酸治疗对患者及胎儿妊娠结局的影响； 4.研究妊娠期肝内胆汁淤积症导致婴幼儿食物过敏发生的潜在通路机制； 5.随访ICP孕妇胎儿6月龄时的生长发育及胎儿食物过敏情况。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To analyze the risk factors of intrahepatic cholestasis during pregnancy; 2. To explore the relationship between TBA level, ICP clinical symptoms and maternal and fetal vitamin D levels; 3. To determine the effects of liver protection and bile acid lowering treatment during pregnancy on patients and fetal pregnancy outcomes; 4. To study the potential pathway mechanism of food allergy in infants caused by intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy; 5. The growth and development of the fetus of ICP pregnant women at 6 months of age and fetal food allergy were followed up.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.患有慢性代谢性疾病或正在服用免疫抑制剂的孕妇； 2.患有肝炎､脂肪肝､胆囊息肉､胆囊结石等胆道系统疾病的孕妇； 3.患有严重畸形或遗传疾病的婴儿。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Pregnant women with chronic metabolic diseases or who are taking immunosuppressants; 2. Pregnant women suffering from hepatitis, fatty liver, gallbladder polyps, gallstones and other diseases of the biliary system; 3. Babies with severe deformities or genetic disorders.
