研究目的：

通过免疫组化技术检测PD-1/PD-L1在前列腺癌组织中的表达，回顾性收集病人预后资料，同时前瞻性地随访观察前列腺癌治疗的疗效，揭示PD-1/PD-L1与前列腺癌治疗预后的关系，评估免疫组化检测PD-1/PD-L1在前列腺癌病理诊断及预后评估中的意义，并为临床治疗提供指导意见。  

Objectives of Study：

Through immunohistochemical techniques, detect PD-1/PD-L1 expressing level in prostate cancer tissue.Collect the patients' prognosis information and meanwhile prospectively followed up to observe the treatment effect of treatment of prostate cancer and the prognosis information. To reveal the relationship between the prognosis of treatment of prostate cancer and PD-1/PD-L1 expressing level, evaluate PD-1/PD-L1 immunohistochemical detection in pathological diagnosis of prostate cancer and prognosis, and provide guidance for clinical treatment.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（1）具有严重的心肺、肝肾等基础疾病的患者 （2）拒绝接受治疗的患者 （3）没能按医嘱要求规范进行治疗的患者

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Patient who has serious heart,lung,liver or kidney disease;
(2) Patient who refusing to accept treatment;
(3) Patient who failed to regulate treatment with the orders requirements;
