研究目的：

探讨基于“少林内功”的呼吸康复训练对老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期患者的肺康复疗效。  

Objectives of Study：

To determine the effects of Shaolin-Exercise program on pulmonary rehabilitation in eldly patients with stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD).

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.拒绝签署知情同意书者；
2.语言沟通或理解障碍；
3.排除肺炎等其他呼吸系统疾病，排除慢阻肺急性期患者；
4.由医生判定患者无法安全地进行或配合6MWT、康复训练者；
5.存在妨碍实施康复的因素和不稳定的合并症、严重危及生命的原发性疾病以及精神病患者；
6.已经参与其他肺康复计划者 。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Refuse to sign up the IFM;
2. Having communication barriors;
3. Ruled out other pulmonary diseases, such as pneumonia, and AECOPD;
4. Determined by a doctor if patients cannot complete the program or 6MWT safely;
5. Having unstable factors that impeded the implementation of rehabilitation, like the instability of the complications, the serious life-threatening primary diseases and mental diseases;
6. Having already been doing pulmonary rehabilitation exercise.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

数据包括病人一般资料，入组、出组及出组后24周的SGRQ、6分钟步行距离、肺功能、CAT、CCQ、中医症状评分量表等;数据管理使用Epidata进行记录与管理。
