研究目的：

本研究的目的是在临床上评价采用同种异体骨粉（吾岳道）联合胶原膜（Geistlich Bio-Gide®）的GBR与采用无机牛骨（Geistlich Bio-Oss®）联合胶原膜（Geistlich Bio-Gide®）的GBR在HT0（垂直于种植体肩台长轴的方向）、HT3（垂直于种植体肩台长轴的方向下3mm）、HT6（垂直于种植体肩台长轴的方向下6mm）水平骨厚度（HT）增量方面（术后6个月时通过锥形束计算机断层扫描测量）的差异。  

Objectives of Study：

The objective of this study was to evaluate the clinical performance of GBR using allogeneic bone meal (Wuyuedao) combined with collagen membrane (Geistlich Bio-Gide®) versus inorganic bovine bone (Geistlich Bio-Oss®) combined with collagen membrane (Geistlich), and to evaluate the differences in the GBR of Bio-Gide® in HT0 (perpendicular to the long axis of the implant shoulder), HT3 (3mm perpendicular to the long axis of the implant shoulder), HT6 (6mm perpendicular to the long axis of the implant shoulder) horizontal bone thickness (HT) incrementation (measured by cone-beam computed tomography at 6 months postsurgery).

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

（1）局麻下牙槽嵴顶切口，翻全厚瓣，剥离骨质缺损。 （2）将种植体植入理想的修复位置。 （3）试验组置入吾岳道同种异体骨粉，对照组置入Bio-oss骨粉，修剪大膜，使用Geistlich Bio- Gide覆盖。 （4）膜钉固定Bio-Gide。 （5）间断缝合，术后即刻CT。 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

(1) Local anesthesia under alveolar crest incision, turn over the whole thick flap, peel the bone defect. (2) Implant the implant into the ideal repair location. (3) The experimental group was implanted with Wuyuedao allogeneic bone meal, and the control group was implanted with Bio-oss bone meal, and the large membrane was trimmed and covered with Geistlich Bio-Gide. (4) Bio-Gide was fixed by membrane nail. (5) Intermittent suture, CT immediately after surgery. 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

(1).患有心脑血管等相关全身性疾病，不能耐受手术， (2).重度吸烟者（每天≥20支香烟）， (3).双磷酸盐使用史 (4).患有精神疾病， (5).妊娠期和哺乳期妇女， (6).邻牙急性炎症或患有不受控的牙周病。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Suffering from cardiovascular and cerebrovascular related systemic diseases, unable to tolerate surgery, (2). Heavy smokers (>=20 cigarettes per day), (3) History of bisphosphonate use (4) Suffering from mental illness, (5). Pregnant and lactating women, (6) Acute inflammation of adjacent teeth or uncontrolled periodontal disease.
