1、考察执行功能认知训练是否帮助失语症患者语言功能恢复 2、比较基于互联网的认知训练与面对面训练效果  

Objectives of Study：

1. Study of executive function cognitive training can help language function recovery in patients with aphasia; 2. Comparison of Internet based cognitive training and face-to-face training effect.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

病前有构音障碍、口吃等语言障碍；严重认知障碍、不能配合研究者；严重心、肝、肾功能不全者；恶性进行性高血压者；聋哑者；无法建立互联网平台，无法进行随访者；既往有精神病史。

Exclusion criteria：

Disease, dyslexia, stuttering and other language barriers; serious cognitive impairment, can not cooperate with the researchers; serious heart, liver, kidney dysfunction; malignant progressive hypertension; deaf; can not establish the Internet platform, no follow-up; previous history of mental illness.
