研究目的：

这项研究的目的是探究在全膝关节置换术中不同时间点应用骨腊对于减少术后出血和炎症反应的有效性和安全性。  

Objectives of Study：

The aim of this study was to investigate the efficacy and safety of bone wax application at different time points during total knee arthroplasty in reducing postoperative bleeding and inflammatory response.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（1）术前存在贫血或血液系统疾病者，基线血红蛋白低于11g/dL； （2）长期服用抗凝药物者；（3）术前有或发现下肢血管疾病者；（4）依从性差的患者；（5）高风险医疗合并症（肝肾功能疾病者）；（6）翻修手术；（7）重大膝关节手术史。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) preoperative anemia or blood system diseases, baseline hemoglobin lower than 11 g/dL; (2) long-term use of anticoagulants; (3) preoperative lower limb vascular disease; (4) poor compliance; (5) high-risk medical comorbidities (liver and kidney function diseases); (6) revision surgery; (7) history of major knee surgery.

术中使用自体截骨块填塞股骨髓腔的基础上采用骨蜡封堵残余的股骨髓；并在固定假体后，在股骨和胫骨假体周围暴露的松质骨表面再涂抹骨蜡，并密封钉孔；

The residual femoral pulp was blocked with bone wax on the basis of autogenous osteotomy block during the operation, and the exposed cancellous bone surface around the femoral and tibial prosthesis was dabbed with bone wax and the nail hole was sealed after the prosthesis was fixed.
