研究目的：

阐明穴位特异性艾灸可改善胰岛素抵抗而调节昼夜节律的稳定，达到心脑保护作用，从而预防心脑血管疾病。

Objectives of Study：

Expound acupoint specific moxibustion can improve insulin resistance and regulate the stability of the circadian rhythm, achieving cardio brain protection and preventing cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.合并抑郁症、焦虑症、精神分裂症等严重精神疾患，以及患有严重疾病可能需要住院治疗等其他干预手段的患者； 2. 妊娠或哺乳期患者； 3. 伴有严重心、脑、肝、肾疾病者； 4. 对艾灸过敏，以及无法耐受艾灸不能坚持治疗的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with severe mental disorders such as depression, anxiety, and schizophrenia, as well as those with severe illnesses that may require hospitalization or other intervention measures; 2. Pregnant or lactating patients; 3. Patients with heart, brain, liver, and kidney diseases; 4. Patients who are allergic to moxibustion and cannot tolerate moxibustion and cannot persist in treatment.

随机方法（请说明由何人用什么方法产生随机序列）：

随机分组采用基于网络数据系统（Electronic Data Capture System, EDC）随机系统生成的随机数进行中央随机，分中心作为分层因素竞争入组。即临床基地研究人员提交入组受试者的基线数据并经研究委员会审查合格后，由网络交互应答（interactive web response, IWR）系统自动分配随机编号与分组。纳入随机的受试者将被1:1分为治疗组和对照组。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method)：

Random grouping is carried out using random numbers generated by the Electronic Data Capture System (EDC) random system for central randomization, with sub centers serving as hierarchical factors to compete for inclusion. After the clinical base researchers submit baseline data of enrolled subjects and pass the review by the research committee, the network interactive web response (IWR) system automatically assigns random numbers and grouping. Randomized participants will be divided 1:1 into a treatment group and a control group.
