研究目的：

通过对比融入胸部CT的精准测量方法在肺癌患者POWER PICC定位中的效果，以期为临床上优化PICC置管前导管长度测量方法提供参考。  

Objectives of Study：

To compare the effect of the accurate measurement method integrated with chest CT in the positioning of POWER PICC in patients with lung cancer, in order to provide a reference for optimizing the measurement of PICC length in clinical practice.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.有明确的心脏疾病：房颤、房扑、肺心病者； 2.大量胸腔、腹腔积液以及气胸的患者； 3.上腔静脉压迫的患者； 4.PICC置管禁忌证的患者； 5.对PICC管道材料有过敏史的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with definite heart diseases: atrial fibrillation, atrial flutter, cor pulmonale; 2. Patients with massive pleural and peritoneal effusion and pneumothorax; 3. Patients with superior vena cava compression; 4. Patients with contraindications to PICC; 5. Patients with a history of allergy to PICC pipeline materials.
