研究目的：

1.明确抑郁症患者神经心理学特征；2.明确抑郁症患者神经内分泌和神经免疫学特征；3.明确抑郁症患者脑影像学特征；4.从心理学、生物学角度建立抑郁症的优化诊断体系

Objectives of Study：

1. To clearify the psychological features of depression; 2. To clearify the neuroendcrine and neuro-inflammation features of depression; 3. To clearify the neuro-imaging features of depression; 4. To create a diagnostic system of depression based on psychological and biological features.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1）接受过抗抑郁剂或其他精神病药物治疗，或经颅磁刺激、电休克等其他抗抑郁治疗；
2）共病或曾经被诊断过其他精神障碍，或一级亲属有精神障碍史；
3）由药物或器质性因素导致的继发性精神障碍；
4）有神经系统重大疾病史（如癫痫、中风等），有重大躯体疾病史（如心脏病、肝病等），有内分泌疾病史（如高血压、糖尿病等）；
5）有酒精或药物滥用或依赖史；
6）有过自杀倾向或行为，易激动、兴奋等配合困难的情况；
7）存在磁共振检查禁忌（如金属植入物、幽闭恐惧症等）。

Exclusion criteria：

1. treated with antidepressant or antipsychotics, or rTMS, or ECT, or others;
2. with any other psychiatric disorder, or with a family history of psychiatric disorders (first degree relative);
3. mental disorders due to organic disease or drugs;
4. with neurological disease (stroke or epilepsy), physical disease (heart disease or liver disease), with endocrinic disease（hypertension or diabetes;
5. with alcohol or drug abuse
6. with suicidal idea or behavior,irritability or excitement behavior etc.;
7. contraindications to MRI scan, including metallic implants, retractors or braces, and claustrophobia.
