研究目的：

1）探讨升降散治疗糖尿病肾病活性成分与作用靶点 2) 初步探讨升降散改善糖尿病肾病的临床疗效。  

Objectives of Study：

1) To explore the active ingredients and targets of Shengjiang San in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy; 2) To explore the clinical efficacy of Shengjiang San in improving diabetic nephropathy.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

a) 属1型糖尿病肾病及 2 型糖尿病Ⅰ、Ⅴ期患者； b) 合并有严重的心脑血管、肝功能等危及生命的原发性疾病患者； c) 年龄＜30 岁和年龄＞80 岁患者； d) 糖尿病肾病患者已进行肾脏替代治疗患者； e) 妊娠或哺乳期患者，精神病患者。 f) 不能按计划完成治疗过程的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

a) Patients of type 1 diabetic nephropathy and type 2 diabetic stage I and Ⅴ; b) Patients with serious cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, liver function and other life-threatening primary diseases; c) Patients < 30 years old and > 80 years old; d) Patients with diabetic nephropathy who have received kidney replacement therapy; e) Pregnant or lactating patients, mental patients. f) Patients who are unable to complete the course of treatment as planned.

采用区组随机化方法，规定区组大小为4，即每4名患者按就诊先后顺序进入同一区组，其中2名接受对照组治疗，2名接受治疗组治疗，随机排列治疗顺序的组合，构成25个区组的随机化方案。将100名就诊患者随机分为治疗组50例、对照组50例。

The block randomization method was used, the block size was set to 4, that is, every 4 patients were entered into the same block according to the order of treatment, of which 2 patients were treated in the control group and 2 patients were treated in the treatment group. The combination of randomly arranged treatment sequences constitutes a randomization plan for 25 blocks. Randomly divide 100 patients into a treatment group of 50 patients and a control group of 50 patients.
