研究目的：

(1) 评价祛风骨痛凝胶膏治疗风寒湿痹型膝骨关节炎在减轻膝骨关节慢性疼痛、改善关节症状体征/中医证候方面的临床效果； (2) 比较祛风骨痛凝胶膏治疗膝骨关节炎临床效果的异质性，包括人口统计学差异、不同临床分期、严重程度、用药方案、合并治疗方式、危险因素等； (3) 评估临床实际诊疗中祛风骨痛凝胶膏临床应用的安全性，分析发生不良反应可能的影响因素；  

Objectives of Study：

(1) To evaluate the clinical effect of Qufenggutong gel in the treatment of wind-cold-dampness arthritis knee osteoarthritis in alleviating chronic knee joint pain and improving joint symptoms and signs/TCM syndromes; (2) To compare the heterogeneity of clinical effects of Qufenggutong gel in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis, including demographic differences, different clinical stages, severity, medication regimen, combined treatment, risk factors, etc.; (3) Evaluate the clinical safety of Qufenggutong gel paste in clinical practice, and analyze the possible influencing factors of adverse reactions;

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

(1) 合并手术指征明显的骨质疏松或骨关节病，无法保守治疗者； (2) 存在贴敷部位皮肤感染或破溃; (3) 存在对本药成分的过敏史； (4) 存在神经或精神疾病无法配合使用药物者； (5) 研究者认为不适合入选者

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Osteoporosis or osteoarthropathy with obvious surgical indications, which cannot be treated conservatively; (2) There is skin infection or ulceration at the application site; (3) There is a history of allergy to this drug ingredient; (4) there is a neurological or mental illness can not cooperate with the use of drugs; (5) Researchers think it is not suitable for candidates
